Deborah Dorman, Head of Great Place to Work, Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd
Deborah joined Sainsbury’s in September 2007 as Head of Internal Communications and became Head of Great Place to Work in November 2010. Prior to joining Sainsbury’s, Deborah worked as a communication and engagement consultant supporting large organisations in delivering change and improving effectiveness through their people.
