This event is an opportunity for D&I/HR professionals to come together in a confidential environment to discuss common issues and good practice, along with solutions. There will be an emphasis on delegate discussion and the sharing of experiences.

This interactive session aims to convene members across sectors who are eager to share their experiences and learn from one another. The theme of this event is Ethnicity and Data Collation across different sectors from the race equality partners. The event will focus on the Race at Work Charter Principle 2, which calls for organisations to capture data and publicise progress.
