What the day will involve
The meetings are intended to explore current issues and hot topics. They are also an opportunity to update partners with campaign news and engage with our Champion partners on forthcoming campaign activities and priorities.

Sandra Kerr OBE, Race Equality Director will share an overview of the Race at Work 2018 key results, joined by Nelarine Cornelius, Professor of Organisational Studies at Queen Mary University, who will want to hear from employers about the key topics that they would like to see included within a thematic review on inclusive workplace cultures.

The Gender Champion's Forum will explore which policies work to better support parents and older workers with caring responsibilities and how to embed this in your organisation through effective line management training. We will be joined by Professor Colette Fagan, University of Manchester, and a representative from the Equality and Human Rights Commission.  An overview of the new resources that are planned will be shared that will support line managers managing parents and carers.
