In 2017 we were delighted to pilot the Best Employers for Race Listing. Participation in this listing is one of the recommendations of the Government's review into Race in the Workplace by Baroness McGregor-Smith published in February 2017. Free to enter and open to all UK employers the entry process was integrated with the Business in the Community Race Awards 2017. In their 12th year, the Business in the Community Race Awards celebrate employers that are committed to addressing the barriers faced in the workplace by people from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) backgrounds. The Awards celebrate the outstanding practice, innovation and dedication to race equality and inclusion in UK workplaces.
Only the organisations identified as Best Employers for Race are eligible to be considered for a Business in the Community Race Equality Award.

We offer a continuous benchmarking service. There is no submission deadline. Instead, participants have the flexibility to benchmark whenever best suits their internal processes, resource capacities and reporting cycles. This process gives participants the best of both worlds – the flexibility to complete the benchmark when it suits them, and ongoing access to the most current version of their peer group benchmark data.
