Elevation Networks started on a university campus in November 2006, with the simple objective of creating career opportunities for soon to be graduates from ethnic minority backgrounds who were disproportionately underrepresented in the City.
They believe in helping and shaping talent by honing in on the skills the individual already possesses through personal development and training. Our flagship programmes and campaigns include our Student Leadership Development Programme (SLDP) and the Visible Women Campaign.
Elevation networks partnered with organisations in the public and private sectors on a variety of talent attraction, mentoring, and employability support programmes. Organisations they have worked with include the Civil Service Fast Stream, Financial Conduct Authority, Barclays, Deloitte and PwC.
