The Business in the Community race equality campaign is convening a small round-table focussing on the career progression experiences of Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) women. This is a free event open to members of the Business in the Community race equality campaign.
Our events build further on our recommendations for action and utilise our unique insights into member activity.
Ranging from small focus groups to larger Peer Learning Forums during which delegates are actively encouraged to share knowledge and best practice in a safe and confidential environment our events are usually free and enable our members to network and take home interventions that have been developed through lived experience.

News and Opinion

The Race at Work survey launched today in partnership with YouGov and sponsored by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) builds on the seminal 2015 survey that received over 24,000 responses. We want to hear from everyone, age 16 and over, in work and from all ethnicities. Take the survey and help Business in the Community create real change to ensure UK workplaces reflect the clients, customers and communities they serve.
The entry process is now open for the Best Employers for Race List 2018. This continues the success of the 2017 list that identified 66 employers as providing the best opportunities for recruitment and progression for ethnic minorities.
