Ozzie Clarke Binns

Member of the Race for Opportunity Youth Advisory Panel. A group of young people aged between 16 & 24 years old chosen to work with Race for Opportunity to find solutions to the challenges of unemployment and progression.

 

 
 

Ozzie brings a unique blend of millennial insight and racial diversity awareness to his talent management practice having been a Youth Consultant for the past 12 years with organisations such as the Metropolitan Police, London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Organising Committee, and as Chair of the Race for Opportunity Youth Advisory Panel. He became a One Young World Ambassador in 2014.

Ozzie has previously worked with Thomson Reuters, Accenture, Channel 4, charity City Year UK and was selected to be Olympic Village Youth Mayor during the 2012 Games.

During his time at Thomson Reuters Ozzie won numerous awards for his work most notably the One Thousand Thank Yous employee engagement initiative and became the youngest ever chair of BEN (the Thomson Reuters Black Employee Network).

Today Ozzie is a Senior Consultant with On3 Partners, the boutique management consultancy specialising in Organisational Development and Strategic Talent Management
